Discovery is free. Assessment is paid. A free 20-minute discovery call helps clarify fit and the right next step. It does not include a process assessment, gap review, or improvement roadmap.

Enter at the appropriate point after discovery; you do not need to purchase every stage. ISO 9001 implementation requires an assessment before final quotation. Workshops and audit-readiness reviews can support the journey. Our delivery method remains Understand, Analyze, Implement, Sustain.

What is SolveXa Consulting?

SolveXa Consulting LLC is a Hartford, Connecticut consultancy for small and midsized manufacturers that need better quality systems and smoother operations but have no one on staff to build them. It is led by Ammar Mahdi, a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 17 years in medical-device, automotive, aerospace, and precision manufacturing. The work is practical: find what is costing you, fix it in production, and leave a routine your team can run.

Who is it for?

Plant and operations managers tired of rework and delays. Quality managers with a certification or surveillance audit coming and findings still open. QA leads in regulated environments working to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949. Owners of job shops that have been asked for certification by a customer and do not know where to start.

What does an engagement look like?

It starts with a free 20-minute discovery call to establish fit. A paid Focused Assessment & Improvement Roadmap then delivers findings, priorities, a 90-day roadmap, and a results presentation. From there, teams choose what the findings call for: a Lean & Operational Improvement Sprint for one measurable problem, an ISO 9001 implementation module for quality-system gaps, an Audit-Readiness Review before an auditor arrives, or ongoing support at up to twelve consulting hours a month. Nobody has to buy every stage.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is fixed in scope and quoted after the discovery call, because the right scope differs from one plant to the next. Additional processes, sites, shifts, revisions, and travel are quoted separately, and certification-body fees are always excluded. No prices are published on this site, and no result is promised that was not measured.

Where does SolveXa work?

On site across Connecticut and New England, from the Hartford office at 100 Pearl Street. Remote sessions cover reviews and coaching between visits.
