This page explains what SolveXa Consulting LLC, of Hartford, Connecticut, collects through this website and what we do with it. Last updated 12 October 2026.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you type: your name, work email address, company name, optional company information, the service you are interested in, and your message. We also store the selected service package, the source page, and campaign details when supplied with your inquiry. The site generates an inquiry reference so we can match your message to our reply.
The staff workspace uses a sign-in cookie. External booking and hosting services may also use cookies under their own policies. You do not need to sign in to use our contact form.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, to keep a record of it in our inquiry log, and to send you a copy of your own submission by email. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.
To limit repeated submissions, the site stores one-way hashes of your network address and email address, together with submission counters and expiry times. The limits reset after 10 minutes for a network address, after one day for an email address, and hourly for the overall form. Expired counters are removed during subsequent submissions. Your network address is not stored with your inquiry.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are saved in the database that runs this website and are emailed to our mailbox through Microsoft 365. Both are managed under their providers’ security and data-handling terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records. If you would like your details corrected or deleted, email us. We will review and respond to your request, taking any business recordkeeping requirements into account.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time. Write to info@solvexaconsulting.com and quote your inquiry reference if you have one.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
