Scope & engagement notes

Each engagement has an agreed scope and clearly defined deliverables. Additional processes, sites, shifts, revisions, and travel are quoted separately.

QMS implementation modules do not represent an unlimited, complete certification package. Certification-body fees, software, specialist testing, and regulatory submissions are excluded.

SolveXa provides consulting and preparation support. Certification decisions are made by an independent certification body.

Before you choose an engagement

Is the discovery call an assessment?

No. The free 20-minute discovery call is for discussing your situation, fit, and next steps. The paid assessment includes an agreed process-family or preliminary QMS review, findings, priorities, a 90-day roadmap, and a results presentation.

Do we have to buy every stage?

No. Discovery helps identify the appropriate starting point. A team with a defined problem may discuss an implementation sprint, while another may need a workshop or readiness review.

When is an assessment required?

The ISO 9001 QMS Implementation Module requires an assessment before final quotation so the implementation scope can be defined.

What happens if we need more than the agreed scope?

Additional processes, sites, shifts, revisions, and travel are quoted separately. The proposal defines what is included; additional work requires agreement.

How does monthly support work?

Ongoing Improvement & QMS Support includes up to 12 total consulting hours per month, including scheduled meetings, KPI reviews, and quality-system coaching. The initial term is three months. Any additional work and other engagement terms must be agreed.

Does audit readiness guarantee certification?

No. SolveXa helps review evidence and prepare for audits. An independent certification body makes certification decisions; its fees are excluded.
